Linking your health plan to Thrizer

Entering your insurance information is how we link up to your insurance to check your out-of-network benefits, submit claims, and facilitate your reimbursements.

To link your health plan to Thrizer, you can follow these steps:

1. Sign-in to your Thrizer Account
2. Click on the "Me" Dropdown and then click Account Settings
3. Find the Insurance Information tab in your Account Settings. Enter your insurance information exactly as it is on your insurance card
4. If you are not the primary policy holder, enter their information. You do so by selecting "Other" in the respective field.

You will get a breakdown of your OON Benefits instantly after you enter this information in!

Having trouble?

Sometimes, the system is not able to link to your health plan automatically. Don't worry - in these cases, our team just needs to verify benefits manually and link your health plan that way. Be sure to click "Request Support" or reach out to our team at help@thrizer.com
