After a claim is submitted, you can check its status at any time from your account. A claim will have one of four statuses at any time:
When a claim is approved, the approved amount will either be applied to your deductible or reimbursed.
If you have chosen to wait for and receive your reimbursements, you will be notified via email of a claim approval in real-time. The funds reach your connected account within 2-3 business days of this notification.
You can check the result of the claim and the approval date at any time from your account in the Claims tab.
At this time, claim records can not be directly edited by you. If you need to edit any information on a submitted claim, please reach out to help@thrizer.com.
