Viewing & Managing Claims

Claim Records

Claim records consolidate all the important information for any claim in one view. You can use Claim Records to review claim information easily and quickly.

As a client, you can access any claim record by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Claims tab in your account
  2. Find the desired claim
  3. Click the Claim Details button to open the claim record


As a clinician, you can access any claim record by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Clients Dashboard in your account
  2. Find the client whose claim record you want to view
  3. Click on the client's row to enter their client profile
  4. Click on the Claims tab in the client profile
  5. Find the desired claim
  6. Click the View Details button to open the claim record

Claim Record Structure

All claim records will have the following information:

General Information:

  1. Claim Number
  2. Date Submitted
  3. Appointment Date
  4. Billed Amount
  5. CPT Code
  6. Status
  7. Result

Client Information:

  1. Client Name
  2. Client Date of Birth
  3. Insurance Company
  4. Member ID
  5. Diagnosis Code
  6. Primary Insurance Holder

Clinician Information:

  1. Clinician Name
  2. Individual NPI
  3. Group NPI
  4. Tax ID
  5. Address

Claim Statuses

After a claim is submitted, you can check its status at any time from your account. A claim will have one of four statuses at any time:

  1. Processing: The claim is still processing with your insurance and pending a result
  2. Approved: The claim has been approved and the amount has either been applied to your deductible or reimbursed
  3. Denied: The claim has been denied. Thrizer automatically monitors and resolves claim denials on your behalf.
  4. Investigating: The Thrizer team is investigating a delay in the claim result.

Claim Results

When a claim is approved, the approved amount will either be applied to your deductible or reimbursed.

If you have chosen to wait for and receive your reimbursements, you will be notified via email of a claim approval in real-time. The funds reach your connected account within 2-3 business days of this notification.

You can check the result of the claim and the approval date at any time from your account in the Claims tab.

Editing Claim Records

At this time, claim records can not be directly edited by you. If you need to edit any information on a submitted claim, please reach out to help@thrizer.com.
