Your Client Dashboard

Your Clients Dashboard in your Thrizer account is where you can perform any action or access any information related to your clients.

Adding Clients

You can add your clients to Thrizer with a few quick steps:

  1. Click the Add Client button from your Client Dashboard
  2. Type in the client's name and email

Clients receive an email notification to join the platform with a custom link for easy onboarding.

Client Profiles

The Client Profile refers to the detailed information and history of your clients on Thrizer. You can open the Client Profile by clicking the View Details button on any client from the Client Dashboard.

Client Profiles are made up of a few key tabs:

  1. General: Details the ICD-10 diagnoses, insurance information, payment method, and charging profile for the client
  2. Payments: A list of all payments the client has made through Thrizer as well as the client's connected payment methods
  3. Claims: A list of all the claims for the client that were submitted through Thrizer

Charging Profiles

Charging profiles allow you to input appointment information into a client's profile, so that you do not need to fill out the same information each time you want to charge them. This is especially helpful for clients who have recurring appointments for the same duration and amount.

When you fill out a charging profile for a client, all information related to the charge will auto-populate when you go to charge them for a session.

To fill out a client's charging profile:

  1. Find the desired client in the Clients tab
  2. Click View Details in their row
  3. Click the Charging Profile tab in the left-side menu
  4. Enter the amount, appointment type, location, and duration you'd like to set for the client
  5. Click Save Changes


Payment Types

The Payment Type field determines how much a client will pay when you charge them and whether or not claims will be generated and submitted upon a successful charge.

Thrizer has 3 different Payment Types:

  1. Thrizer Pay: Clients pay their portion of the cost, rather than pay in full and wait for reimbursement. Thrizer fronts your rate so that you still receive your payout in full.

    This is only available once they have met their deductible, and comes with an extra 5% fee.

  2. OON Pay: Clients pay in full and wait for reimbursement. Every time they are charged, an OON claim is submitted automatically for them.

    This is the default option for clients who have OON benefits but have not met their deductible.

  3. Self Pay: Clients pay in full and do not submit any claims. For those who do not have OON benefits or want to use their insurance.


You can change the client's payment type at any time from the Client Dashboard by clicking in the value in the Payment Type column of the desired client.

Diagnosis Codes

A valid ICD-10 (Diagnosis) code is required by insurance companies to approve and reimbursement insurance claims. For any client that is looking to receive insurance reimbursements for your sessions, you must enter a diagnosis for the client prior to charging them and submitting a claim.

To add a diagnosis for a client:

  1. Click the View Details button on the respective client's row on your Client Dashboard
  2. Click the Add Diagnosis button from the Diagnosis tab in the Client Profile
  3. Find the desired diagnosis by typing the name or ICD-10 code
  4. Add the diagnosis to the client's record by clicking Add


You can add, remove, or edit the client's diagnosis at any time from the Client Profile:


Removing Clients

You can remove any clients from Thrizer with a few quick steps:

  1. Click the "3-dot" actions button on the desired client from the Client Dashboard or Client Profile
  2. Select Remove Client

Once you remove the client, you will no longer be able to charge or submit claims for that client.
